With the help of the Real Game company, Coca-Cola successfully found an office in Vilnius. Afterward, the client asked if we could assist them in completing the sale of their factory in Alytus, which had been stuck for over a year. We gladly took on this project, which was a priority for the client, and European Real Estate Project Managers were responsible for implementing the project on the client’s side. We prepared a sales strategy for the property and began to implement it consistently. This was followed by numerous phone calls to potential clients, meetings, and property viewings. During the process, we faced several challenges – the first Covid quarantine and the subsequent suspension of the real estate market, as well as a huge resonant fire that occurred in a tire recycling plant in Alytus. Nevertheless, our targeted work, collaboration with the client, and belief in a fair process led to a smooth implementation of the sale. The property was sold to one of the largest industrial companies in Lithuania, where innovative products will be created and manufactured.
