This cookie policy describes how RG top, UAB (Real Game or we) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website realgame.lt (the Website). For more on personal data processing and your rights, see our Privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. By purpose they are strictly necessary (for the site to work and stay secure), functional (to remember your choices), analytics (for visitor statistics) and marketing (for advertising). The browser's local storage works in a similar way.
2. What we use on the Website
The Website does not use analytics, marketing or third-party tracking cookies. We have no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins, and fonts are loaded from our own server. That is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.
The Website is hosted on the Netlify platform. To process requests and keep the site secure (for example, against form abuse), Netlify may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time. This is necessary for the site to work (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
The property maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap and satellite imagery from Esri. A property address is turned into a map point via OpenStreetMap Nominatim; the result is remembered in your browser (localStorage). These requests contain technical data such as your IP address but do not set cookies.
3. Client and staff areas
Areas that require sign-in (the CRM at crm.realgame.lt and the upcoming client reporting zone) use only strictly necessary browser storage:

These entries are not created if you only browse the public part of the Website.
4. Managing cookies

5. Changes
If we start using analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
